"Whoa there, kid! You can't come in here. Here at Shivshank's, we have two basic rules-

Rule One: If you want to get in, you need to be a zombie. Rule Two: If you're not a zombie, you'll need some kind of ordered visitation right. Now scat! How am I supposed to nip crime in the bud if I'm standing here talking to you!"

You leave, lest you risk getting nipped in the bud. Whatever that means.
